Buffalo Bandits plan Champions Night, offer Fast Break packages

The Buffalo Bandits will host Champions Night on Saturday, Feb. 6, a night honoring the Bandits four championship teams in 1992, 1993, 1996 and 2008.

There will be a pre-game ceremony honoring the four championship teams prior to the 7:30 p.m. faceoff with the New England Black Wolves. To celebrate the team’s first championship, Buffalo will be wearing a retro jersey based on the team’s 1992 jersey. The jerseys will feature the names of all 216 players in Bandits history on them. A preview of the jerseys is attached to this e-mail release.

At halftime, the Bandits will hold a special alumni game featuring players from past years of Bandits lacrosse. Any Bandits alumni interested in playing in the game or taking part in the pre-game ceremony should contact Scott Loffler via email at scott.loffler@sabres.com or by phone at 855-4184.

Additionally, the Bandits announced the team will be bringing back the “Fast Break” package for all regular season home games, beginning with the Jan. 23 outing against the Toronto Rock.

The Fast Break package includes two 300-level tickets to a select Bandits home game and a Bandits hat for just $39.

Fast Break packages can be purchased by clicking this link or by calling 888-467-2273.  Packages are also available at the First Niagara Center Box Office.
