Buffalo LIVING Tour to visit the Southtowns

May 10, 2018 | In the News

Choosing where to live in the eastern and southern suburbs is made simpler with the next edition of the popular Buffalo LIVING Tour on Saturday, May 19.

People will marvel at the variety in this suburban version that includes Lancaster, Orchard Park and Hamburg, showcasing unique upscale residences that are on an open house basis for the day. People can drive to each location or take any of the free shuttles that will drop off riders at the door of the residences on the tour.

Each of the living spaces differ in amenities, from gourmet kitchens and heated floors to wooded hideaways and an expansive view from a hilltop!

Here is what will be on the upcoming tour:

The headquarters for the Tour will be The Belvedere (375 Harris Hill Road). Resort-type features, a putting green, clubhouse, hobby room, heated pool, even a pub!

Pine Point Luxury Apartments (1590 Southwestern Blvd.). You can rent “condo-style” here, meaning drive right into your garage and head weatherproof right to your abode.

Chestnut Hill Guest House (605 Ward Road). Yes, a quaint guest house that can be rented for a night or a weekend, but right next door is an ultra-modern apartment with a million-dollar view of the Boston Hills.

Brookview Apartments (4701 Southwestern Blvd.). This gorgeous community was built in a wooded area adjacent to a lovely brook. Newly-built with all-modern conveniences. Even free heat.

Among the Southtowns newest lifestyle choices is Clifton Heights (4819 Southwestern Blvd.). It’s great for downsizing empty nesters and new families alike, with a gourmet kitchen, granite countertops and covered patio.

Natale Builders is showcasing their ultra-high quality Pleasant Creek Homes (5543 Cooper Ridge). Build from a selection of over 50 models to choose from. This community has beautiful ponds and wooded views.

Tour participants will self-guide their route with a free pamphlet they can pick up at about 80 coffee shops, restaurants and the tour stop locations. The pamphlet can also be found online for downloading, printing and bringing to the tour at www.BuffaloLivingTour.net.

For those who prefer hopping a ride to each stop, five shuttles will go to all six locations, staggered every 30 minutes starting at 9:15 a.m. and originating from The Belvedere, 375 Harris Hill Road, Lancaster, which is also Buffalo LIVING Tour headquarters.

Buffalo LIVING Tour’s main presenting sponsor is Nationwide Insurance. Supporting sponsors include Creative Storage, BN Home, We Care Transportation and Crosstree Creative Company.
