Elmwood Village Winter Market at Buffalo State continues on January 9

The new Elmwood Village Winter Market at Buffalo State, an indoor version of the popular Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market, will continue from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, following a two-week holiday break. The market takes place in Buckham Hall on the campus of SUNY Buffalo State, 1300 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo. The 20-week winter market will run through April 30.

In addition to hosting nearly 20 quality vendors, several food trucks are also scheduled to join the market this Saturday. No Illusions will provide musical entertainment from approximately 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Buckham Hall is located on Rockwell Road near Grant Street. Free parking is available on campus during market hours, and Lot R-13 is recommended for convenience.

Participating vendors include Alpine Made, Avenue Boys Smokehouse, Biscotti for Everybotti, Carla’s Crumby Creations, Dan Tower Farm, Darling Bee, First Light Farm & Creamery, Go Veggies, Hands & Paws Cookies & Treats, Hanova Hills Farm, Kindred Kreek, Native Offerings, The Pasta Peddler, Plato Dale Farm, Public Espresso & Coffee and T-Meadow Farm. One group or organization from Buffalo State also hosts a weekly informational table, and the market is equipped to accept EBT customers.
