The Rochester Americans have announced their promotional schedule for the 2017-18 season, featuring the return of several popular theme nights, Pregame Happy Hours, giveaways and more. As always, the Amerks will offer ticket specials, promotional packages and special group rates throughout the season.
Season Long Promotions
Pregame Happy Hour: The Amerks will host a Genesee Pregame Party Happy Hour prior to every Friday and Saturday home game this season in the Genesee Brew House Upper Atrium Bar, featuring live music and $2 drafts of Genesee and Genesee Light.
Zweigle’s Family Four Packs: Zweigle’s Family Packs are available for every Amerks Friday and Sunday home game during the 2017-18 season. For just $79, fans will receive four Lower Level tickets (some restrictions may apply), four hot dogs and four sodas. A minimum of four tickets is required in order to purchase the Zweigle’s Family Pack.
Distillery Eats & Seats: This popular package returns for another year as fans can purchase a Lower Level ticket and $10 gift card to The Distillery for just $25.
Kids Tickets: The Amerks are offering a special Kids Ticket price of just $10 per seat for kids age 2-6 with the purchase of an adult ticket at the Box Office for all home games.
BOGO Wednesdays: Valid for all Wednesday home games this season at The Blue Cross Arena, purchase one Amerks ticket and get a second one free!

Friday, Oct. 6 vs. Syracuse Crunch – Home opener presented by Perry’s Ice Cream. Pregame Party on the Patio featuring the “Taste of Arena” event with food sampling opportunities from various arena vendors, Genesee Brew House Pregame Happy Hour $2 drink specials, music and more! Ticket package: Ticket, T-shirt and two sample tickets for the “Taste of Arena” event. Magnet schedule giveaway to all fans in attendance.
Friday, Oct. 13 vs. Utica Comets presented by the Democrat and Chronicle — Meet the entire team at the post-game autograph session in the Amerks Hall of Fame area.
Saturday, Oct. 28 vs. Syracuse Crunch – Sweets in the Suites presented by TOPS Friendly Markets. All kids ages 12 and under can trick-or-treat in the suite level during an intermission as part of the team’s annual Halloween celebration game. All kids tickets 2-12 years old just $10.
Friday, Nov. 17 vs. Hartford Wolf Pack – Military Appreciation Night presented by Veterans Outreach Center. Free ticket to all active, Reserve, National Guard and retired military personnel with additional discounted tickets available. Dog tag giveaway to fans in attendance.
Friday, Dec. 15 vs. Toronto Marlies – 12 Days of Hockey. Special holiday-themed game with giveaways and a visit from Santa.
Friday, Jan. 6 vs. Lehigh Valley Phantoms – Star Wars Night. Come to the game dressed as your favorite Star Wars character. All kids tickets 2-12 years old just $10.
Monday, Jan. 15 vs. Utica Comets – Teacher Appreciation Day. Thank you, teachers! Teachers can receive a complimentary ticket to the game.
Friday, Feb. 2 vs. Toronto Marlies – Hometown Heroes Game. Join us to honor local police officers, fire fighters, EMT’s and all First Responders
Friday, Feb. 16 vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins – Office Space Night/Downtown Career Fair. Attend the Downtown Career Fair that day and receive a ticket to the game. Put on your flare and come celebrate the cult-classic movie, Office Space.

Friday, March 9 vs. Providence Bruins – Irish Night. Kick off the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Rochester with the Amerks! The team will wear special Irish-themed jerseys during warm-ups.
Saturday, March 24 vs. Springfield Thunderbirds – Dogs Night Out. Enjoy the action of Amerks hockey right alongside your dog! Special giveaway item for all dogs in attendance.

Saturday, April 7 vs. Toronto Marlies – Pink the Rink Breast Cancer Awareness Game. The Amerks will help raise awareness for breast cancer and honor those who have battled the disease. The team will wear special jerseys during the game that will be auctioned off in the arena.
