The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce proudly announced this week that it’s 30th annual golf tournament will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 4, following a year off due to Covid restrictions. Furthermore, the tournament is moving closer to home and will take place at Harvest Hill Golf Course located at 3052 Transit Road.
“This is our largest fundraiser of the year and we can’t wait to see all of our supporters back on the golf course in 2021,” said Joe Kirchmyer, executive director of the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce. “As long as the weather cooperates, I can guarantee everyone will have a great time!”
In addition to a traditional scramble format, the outing will feature lunch, dinner, happy hour, a sports memorabilia/silent auction, split club and other raffles, pizza and beverages on the course, and several contests including closest to the pin, longest drive and putting. There will also be prizes for the golfers with the best team score, as well as other surprises.
The cost is $125 per golfer, and foursomes are encouraged. Please note that you do not have to be a Chamber member to participate and that any Covid-related restrictions such as social distancing and masks will be enforced as required.
Numerous sponsorship levels priced at $100, $500, $1,000 and $2,000 are available; $1,000 and $2,000 sponsorships include a foursome. The Chamber is also looking for prize donations such as gift cards, silent auction items, big ticket raffle items, and bottles of liquor or wine. Please contact the Chamber for more information.
Local companies that have already signed on as sponsors of $500 or more include Shell Fab Countertops & Casework, Western New York Federal Credit Union, GEICO Local Office West Seneca, Bennett Supply and Sgroi Financial!
