The Strong Start Early Learning Academy pre-kindergarten program at the Church of the Annunciation in Elma has an immediate opening for a part-time assistant pre-kindergarten teacher.
Applicants should possess a degree in early childhood education or be working toward a degree in the education field. Experience working in a Pre-K or school setting is preferred. Applicants must pass a background check and drug testing.
Applicants must also be organized and efficient; communicate well and have developed “people skills” in order to interact with a variety of people in all kinds of life event situations; have compassion, confidence and a sense of humor; have the ability to solve practical problems; and be professional in appearance and attitude.
The salary for this position is commensurate with experience and education.
