Bandits announce theme nights for 2016 season

Dec 8, 2015 | Sports Scene

The Buffalo Bandits recently announced theme nights for select home games during the 2016 regular season.

In honor of the 25th season of Buffalo Bandits lacrosse, the team will take some special nights to reflect on past seasons. Saturday, Feb. 6 will be Champions Night and will honor the four Bandits championship teams in Buffalo history.

On March 11 against Rochester, the team will retire the number of John Tavares and celebrate his career throughout the night. All 300 level tickets for that game will be available for $11.

In addition to the theme nights, the season will kick-off with the home opener, Jan. 9, against Calgary at 7:30 p.m. The first 10,000 fans through the gates on that night will receive Bandits magnet schedules.

Stay tuned to the Bandits’ Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat (NLLBANDITS) accounts, as well as Bandits.com, for updates and additional details about theme nights in the days leading up to each game this season.

Individual game tickets are on sale now. Tickets can be purchased in person at the First Niagara Center box office, online at Tickets.com or by phone at 1-888-467-2273.
