Be part of Garden Walk Buffalo’s 25th anniversary

Garden Walk Buffalo is currently soliciting gardens to participate.

Garden Walk Buffalo is soliciting gardens to participate in its 25th anniversary event on Saturday and Sunday, July 27-28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Garden Walk Buffalo invites gardeners from the Niagara River to Main Street and from Canalside to the Scajaquada to be part of the 2019 Garden Walk Buffalo. New this year, the Park Meadow and Parkside neighborhoods from Nottingham Terrace to Amherst Street and from Elmwood Avenue to Main Street as well as the area bound by Colvin Avenue and Crescent Street will be added.

Your garden does not need to be perfect; no one’s ever is.

There are no fancy garden criteria to register – no site visits, no judging, no entry fees – all one needs is to be proud of your little spot of earth.

Gardens range from large properties to a few square feet – it is the diversity that makes this event a success. Participants just fill out the registration form and their garden becomes part of this wonderful event. There are no contests or prizes – the objective of the Walk is to create more vibrant and beautiful communities by sharing our gardens.

The deadline is May 15. Please register online at
