The person hired for this inside role will communicate and follow through on customers jobs to ensure quality, timeliness, budget and customer satisfaction. Functions will include customer service, writing up orders in timely fashion, project management, customer consultation, communicating with account representatives, management of project expectations and deliveries, estimating, purchasing, invoicing, organizing job folders and more.
This job operates in a professional and friendly manufacturing environment. Integrity, reliability, patience, customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision are key requirements. Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, including computer skills, are required.
This is a first shift, 40-hour per week position with an hourly pay rate of $16 to $24, based on experience.
