Apr 28, 2016 | Events

Jennifer Sinatra Mac Neil, author of “My Visions, My Truths: Poems and Inspirations,” will host a book-signing event from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, May 22, at Hamburg American Legion Post #527, 2 Memorial Drive, Hamburg. The book was recently released by No Frills Buffalo publishing company.

Sinatra Mac Neil is a native of Western New York. She is a graduate from D’Youville College and Lafayette High School and has obtained a dual bachelor’s degree in math/computer science and philosophy. “My Visions, My Truths: Poems and Inspirations” is her first volume of inspirational poetry. The book was written to help others cope with life-changing trials as she herself has faced in her own life. This book is a collection of verse and photographs taken around Western New York.

“Have you ever experienced life with conflict, constant problems and situations which resulted in change and emotional turmoil?” Sinatra Mac Neil asks. “Life often throws you into unfamiliar circumstances, leaving you with a lack of understanding and an overwhelming feeling of uncertainty for your life. ‘My Visions, My Truths’ is a collection of poems on how I successfully made it through my journey with God. Open your heart to these words and let the past go. Allow this book to foster creativity and grow from within. Inspire your future. Embrace each message as it resonates down to the core of your very being. Choose to live your life happily, once again.”

The book will be available at the signing for $14 per copy. For more information, please visit www.nofrillsbuffalo.com.
