Buffalo Irish Center lists St. Patrick season events

The Buffalo Irish Center, 245 Abbott Road, will mark the St. Patrick season on Friday, March 17, with the annual Civic Luncheon featuring the music of Kindred, Kevin McCarthy and the Rince na Tiarna dancers. Pre-sale tickets for the Civic Luncheon are available by emailing ir***********@gm***.com

Josephine NeMoyer is the 2017 Honorary Chairwoman of the luncheon. There will be free admission to the Irish Center after 2 p.m. on March 17 with music by Rosewood Bridge at 7 p.m. Jackdaw will appear in concert in the Emerald Room at 7 p.m. Pre-sale tickets ($10) for the Jackdaw concert are available in the Buffalo Irish Center Pub or Tara Gift Shoppe.

Saturday, March 18, will feature a Traditional Irish Breakfast/Brunch at approximately 11:45 a.m. Admission to the breakfast/brunch is $20 and available by advance purchase only. Tickets may be purchased in the Buffalo Irish Center pub or at the Tara Gift Shoppe. Music begins in the pub with Kevin McCarthy at 1 p.m. followed by St. Mary’s Road at 6 p.m. The Emerald Room features Penny Whiskey at 6:30 p.m. with a performance by the Clann na Cara dancers at 9 p.m.

Sunday, March 19, features the Left Overs at 3 p.m. in the Emerald Room and Penny Whiskey in the pub. Clann na Cara dancers will perform at 5:30 p.m. and Rince na Tiarna dancers at 7:30 p.m.                        

Pre-sale tickets for Saturday or Sunday are $7, while door admission will be $10. You must be 16 or over to attend. For more information, please email ma**@bu****************.com.
