Clyde’s Feed & Animal Center, in partnership with Hounds & Hops, presents their Canine Social Happy Hour Event Series. Featured at local bars and restaurants throughout Buffalo, Canine Socials will provide a way for local rescues to introduce their adoptable dogs to potential owners and raise funds to support their cause.
Currently, many local rescues are facing capacity challenges and are in desperate need of both fosters and forever homes. Clyde’s Feed & Animal Center continuously supports initiatives that benefit local rescues through their ongoing promotions for new dog owners, annual Dog Wash Fundraiser and more. Most recently, Clyde’s has partnered with Canidae Pet Food to provide a free 40-pound bag of All Life Stages Dog Food to the first 20 people who adopt a dog from the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter and present their adoption paperwork in store.
As they continue these efforts, Clyde’s will host a variety of Canine Socials in the City of Buffalo, Northtowns and Southtowns. The first event will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 24 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Franke Primos +39 North. Community members and dog lovers are encouraged to stop by for drink specials, dog-related swag and prizes and, of course, to meet some adoptable pups.
Hounds & Hops will also be present, providing more information on their upcoming location and services in Seneca One Tower.
Future Canine Socials include Nov. 7 at SOHO from 5 to 7 p.m. and Nov. 21 at Frankie Primos +39 Downtown. Proceeds from each of these events will benefit the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter.
