Explore Buffalo plans Season Kickoff Party

Many walking and biking tours are on the Explore Buffalo schedule in May.

Explore Buffalo, a nonprofit organization providing tours and other opportunities where guests can discover Buffalo’s great architecture, history and neighborhoods, will host its annual Season Kickoff Party at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 19. The event will take place in First Presbyterian Church of Buffalo at One Symphony Circle.

Join Explore Buffalo at the organization’s home base to see what it has planned for 2018. You’ll learn what new tours and events are coming this summer, plus there will be chances to win tour tickets! Guests will also have the opportunity to tour historic First Presbyterian Church, designed by the well-known local firm of Green & Wicks and featuring exceptional Tiffany stained glass. You can also check out Explore Buffalo’s learning center and office space. The Serendipity Thrift Shoppe inside First Presbyterian will also be open during the evening for after-hours shopping. Food and drinks will be provided by Current Catering.

Ticket includes appetizers, open bar (beer and wine), and event activities. The cost is $25 for presale general admission and $20 for presale Explorer Pass admission. All tickets at the door will be $30.

Please visit explorebuffalo.org or call (716) 245-3032 for more information or to purchase tickets.
