The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce and the GEICO Local Office in West Seneca are teaming up for the second consecutive holiday season to promote a special giveaway while also collecting much-needed items for three nonprofit organizations.
One lucky winner will receive four 100-level tickets to the Buffalo Sabres-Florida Panthers game at 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020, at KeyBank Center in downtown Buffalo, plus $100 to spend at the arena!
To enter to win the Sabres package, you must stop by the GEICO office in the Southgate Plaza (1102 Union Road) or the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce office in the Community Center & Library (1300 Union Road) and drop off one or more of the following:
• A new, unwrapped Lego toy for Sebastian’s Lego Club at John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital.
• A grocery bag filled with nonperishable food items to be donated to the West Seneca Food Bank.
• A bag filled with toiletries to be donated to the Kids Escaping Drugs Renaissance Campus in West Seneca. New items always in need include socks, bar and hand soap, body wash, deodorant, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and shampoo and conditioner.
For each donation, the donor will receive one ticket into the prize raffle. Multiple donations will result in multiple chances to win! Donations will be accepted at the GEICO Local Office or the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce through noon Monday, Dec. 16. The drawing will take place at 1 p.m. Dec. 16 at the GEICO office, and the winner will be notified by phone.
