Wendel, a Western New York firm with a national presence, recently named Joseph DeFazio the fifth president and CEO in the company’s 80-plus year history.
DeFazio has been with Wendel for over 24 years, leading the growth of the energy efficiency business into a nationally recognized practice that services several markets. He has been on the company’s Board of Directors for the past 15 years and has served as executive vice president of the Wendel Companies for six years. His extensive experience with the firm has prepared him for a seamless transition to the role of CEO.
