Mount Mercy Academy recently announced its second quarter Honor Roll. Sixty students achieved First Honors (95 and above), 40 attained Second Honors (90-94.99) and 25 students earned Merit Roll status (85-89.99).
Twenty-six members of the senior class received First Honors. Achieving this distinction were: Laila Aloi, Haley Browner, Aislinn Farrell, Zoe Gray, Lara Groves, Olivia Jarosz, Megan Jozwiak, Emily Kessler, Angelina Larivey, Gianna Lauciello, Emma Lewis, Madeline Lickfeld, Sarah Michalak, Claire Mullen, Athena Parisi, Megan Quinn, Megan Reilly, Emily Rhoads, Kathryn Ryan, Mary Snyder, Cecelia Strang, Victoria Trzaska, Hannah Vattes, Rheanna Welsh, Emma Wilson and Catherine Zak.
Adrianna Awald, Annie Bernard, Melina Courtney, Samantha Crowe, Sydney Gunner, Lily Janik, Dominique Khoury, Marissa Kurucz, Aubrey Monaco, Elisabeth Radwan, Natalie Radwan and Grace Spero, all members of the junior class, attained First Honors this quarter.
Eleven sophomores, Paige Angle, Bridget Dougherty, Olivia Fuller, Alexis Garmong, Elizabeth Godsoe, Catherine Klodzinski, Abigail Mailloux, Gemma McIlroy, Sophia Nasca, Jillian Schneck and Madison Serafini, all had averages over 95 for the first quarter.
Freshman students Rosalie Bandura, Addison Barth, Emma Caughel, Jayla Goodman, Maura Higgins, Shannon Kersten, Lacey Sheehan, Vayana Stoyanova, Rylee Strefeler, Caroline Tucker and Avery Walker all met the criteria for First Honors.
Forty students achieved Second Honors, including seniors Kathryn Bednarz, Anani Debose, Hannah Fredo, Keira Olsen, Elizabeth Plowucha, Olivia Radwan and Anna Schieber; juniors Sydney Ardanuy, Abbie Dziadzio, Madison Edwards, Estella Estus, Cassidy Reid, Mara Santana, Camryn Stockinger, Mary Vattes and Mya Wood; sophomores Megan Amicone, Jenna Angle, Margaret Bell, Brenna Berhalter, Kennedy Cerrone, Emma Colello, Claire Denning, Madelyn Hart, Gabrielle Juliano, Trinity Kehoe, Paige Lapadat, Olivia Macholeth, Ava Moran, Alison Mysiak, Joelle Poleto, Fiona Tournour and Natalie Vicaretti; and freshmen Ashley Cirbus, Morgan Cuneo, Emma Labby, Amelia Lalley, Nurta Mganga, Isabella Shea and Tia Thourling
An additional 25 students were named to the Merit Roll.
