A new series of brief educational videos to help explain common real estate terminology was recently launched by Michael Olear, licensed real estate broker from the Olear Team at MJ Peterson Real Estate.
Each week, the Olear Makes it Clear video series will explain a term such as abstract of title, adverse possession, closing costs, conventional mortgage, etc., to help consumers navigate the terminology behind the transaction.
“My business has been residential real estate since 1988,” said Olear about his reason for creating the informative video series. “I’ve helped buyers and sellers move through the market’s ups and downs, developed a specialty in elder life programs and everything in between. This is just the next phase in making homebuyers and sellers more comfortable with the real estate process.”
