It’s a sure sign of spring: the opening of Riverside Farms seasonal market in Wellsville! Located at 3314 Riverside Drive (Scio), the market will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, March 29-30. Hours will expand as more fresh produce and products become available.
Featuring a wide variety of local produce, plants, food products and even ice cream, Riverside Farms brings the farm to the consumer! “Along with our farm-fresh produce, we feature award-winning Hershey’s Premium Gold Ice Cream, homemade baked goods from Jara Farms and Max’s Bakery, farm fresh eggs, Troyer’s fudge, fine art and jewelry from Barbara Rhodes, handmade soaps and wax melts from Makin’ Scents, as well as our own house plants and succulents,” said DeMarte. “As the season progresses, we add more local produce and products every week, and unlike the ‘big guys,’ we know all our vendors and can assure you that their products are all made with the same love and integrity that we put into our produce.
