The Bishop Timon – St. Jude High School Hockey Tigers invite the entire South Buffalo and Western New York communities to remember Timon Class of 2019 and Tigers Defenseman Cameron Velasquez, who died in a car accident in October. In honor of Cam, the team has organized “Cam’s Hat Trick” for the Thursday, Jan. 2 game at the Cazenovia Ice Rink in South Buffalo.

Fans are invited to wear a crazy hat, scarf or gloves to the game to honor Cam’s often interesting clothing choices. You’re also asked to bring hats, gloves and scarves to be donated to Foster Love Closet and St. Luke’s Code Blue Shelter. Puck drop on Jan. 2 is at 3 p.m.
